This video discusses my design methodology for an instructional design project that I led at Charter. I used Synthesia AI with a personalized avatar, because it reflects how I work as an instructional designer. Since there is an emphasis on AI‑enabled design, I wanted to show how I use these tools strategically to improve clarity, consistency, and production speed. Synthesia allows me to script the message precisely, avoid retakes, and make quick edits as I refine the narrative. It also models the efficient, scalable workflow I use when creating polished content under project constraints.
